About me:

I am a practicing architect, architectural illustrator and watercolor painter.

We had a lovely group for the "Sketching with Watercolor" trip...six painters and four non-painters and our lovely guide Marie...

"Our trip to Provence with French Escapade was so much more than I had imagined.  After a hectic week in Paris on our own; arriving in Provence was a welcome quiet, easy pace.  The lodging couldn't have been more charming.  It was cozy, the inn keepers were warm and welcoming and the food was amazing.  Transportation each day wascomfortable and Marie took care of all the details for us.  Each village we visited was breathtaking.  Adrienne did a beautiful job of working with each painter at their level whether beginner or seasoned painter.  She truly brought out the best in everyone and made the process of painting fun, regardless of the outcome.  We loved staying together as a group and getting to know the others on the trip.  Sitting around in the evenings getting to know one another over a nice glass of wine was a memorable part of the trip.  This was truly one of the best trips of our lives."
